PRICES
All rates quoted per room per night and are inclusive of VAT @ 20% and service.
CREDIT CARDS
Your card details will be used to guarantee your booking and authorisation taken to cover the cost of the stay. In the event of cancellation the credit card will be used to cover the cancellation fee (see below). In some cases payment will be required at the time of booking but this will be clearly stated.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
Check in is from 15:00
Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 11:00. After this time we may store luggage for you should you wish to continue using the hotel facilities.
CANCELLATIONS
We operate a 7 day cancellation policy for bookings. Should the need arise please cancel directly with the hotel on 01364 661452. Failure to comply with our cancellation policy will result in the full charge for your stay, unless we are able to re-let your accommodation.
INSURANCE
You are recommended to have insurance to cover cancellation, curtailment or loss of baggage, personal effects and money.
CHILDREN
Children under 16 years of age can only be accommodated in superior rooms (maximum 1 child) or suites (maximum 2 children). The rate for these rooms includes the use of cot or extra bed (must be ordered in advance) and breakfast for the children. All other meals are charged as extra. Please ensure you have reserved one of these rooms if travelling with children. Children aged 16 or over can be accommodated in their own room at a 25% discount. Children's meals are available in the Blue Tiger Inn and served all day. Children are welcome to eat with you in the main Restaurant for dinner, however we do ask for consideration of other diners.
Childrens times for swimming are from 8amto 10am and 4pm to 7pm. Children must be supervised at all times in the Spa area.
DOGS
Dogs can only be accommodated in certain rooms (ground floor standard rooms and two of the suites on the first floor), and are subject to an £8 per night charge. We allow dogs in the conservatory and bedrooms only. They should be kept on a lead in the hotel grounds.
