Situated within the Dartmoor National Park

Ilsington is four miles from the A38, which is a continuation of the M5. Shortly after Exeter the road divides, take the right hand fork in the direction of Plymouth and after about twelve miles take the exit indicating Newton Abbot, Bovey Tracey and Moretonhampsted. This is the same exit to take if travelling in the opposite direction from Plymouth.

Take the third turning off the roundabout (first turning if coming from Plymouth) towards Liverton and Ilsington, then turn first right to Liverton and Ilsington. Follow the road for approximately 4 miles to the village of Ilsington. Go past the village sign at the top of the hill and carry on along the road for 500 metres. The hotel is located on your right hand side.

We strongly recommend that you do not use satalite navigation systems after leaving the A38 as they tend to take you the most direct route through very narrow lanes. The hotel is also on an unmarked road which can lead to mistakes. Please trust our directions!
