The first of the yoga weekends are to be held at the Ilsington Hotel on Dartmoor, just below Haytor. The hotel has been chosen for its beautiiful location on the edge of the Dartmoor and an easy drive to the south coast, as well as its friendly service and locally sourced food. The restaurant menu changes regularly to reflect quality local and seasonal produce.
You could combine your interests and have a Walking and Yoga holiday and even bring your dog, as the hotel is dog friendly for a small surcharge. There is plenty to do: exploring the lovely local town of Bovey Tracey, using the hotel facilities, whether that is taking a dip in the pool or Jacuzzi or walking on Dartmoor or making a trip to the south coast of Devon.

The Yoga Classes

During the yoga weekend four 1.5 hour yoga classes are included andan optional meditation session. The yoga is suitable for all abilities and you are taught to work within your own limits and not to compete with others, or yourself!. Beginners are taught alongside those with more experience. So if you are a complete beginner and want to try yoga the FOUR SEASONS YOGA WEEKEND is a lovely introduction to yoga, yet if you have more experience you will get a deeper understanding of yoga and how to use different yoga practices in each season of the year.
Each yoga class provides practical tips on how to use your practice to help with health and tips of how to bring yoga into your daily life. Taking the simple techniques and using them at home will improve you health, energy levels and emotional wellbeing.
