There is something to suit every occasion - a Devonshire Cream tea in the conservatory or garden, hot, buttered tea cakes by a roaring log fire, or the intimacy of the Library, which is ideal for a private dinner party or business meeting.
Our highly trained and experienced chefs offer you only the best in standards of food.The menus change daily due to availability of fresh produce.
To comply with the wishes of the majority of our guests we ask that dress is smart casual for dinner in the restaurant (ie a shirt with a collar and long trousers)
Our New Terrace is now Open!!
Our Terrace, located at the front of the hotel, has superb views over the gardens and Dartmoor beyond. Here we serve more informal dishes ranging from Goujons of Seafish and Goat's Cheese Crostini to Maple and Mustard Marinated Belly Pork and Sirloin of local Beef. Alternatively just relax and take in the view with a cool glass of wine or a Continental Beer. It is also the perfect place to enjoy an aperitif before dining in the main Restaurant.
