The River Exe

River Dart
The Dart Angling Association lease about 9 miles of the bank fishing for brown trout, sea trout and salmon on the River Dart just below Totnes Weir pool upstream. In the centre of the river, off Dittisham, is a large sandbank known as Flat Owers which is a local cockle bank. Fishing permits for the River Dart are available from the hotel. River Teign
The Upper Teign Fishing Association has the rights to fish on many miles of the upper reaches of the River Teign. This is a noted game fishing river in the South West. Hard Fly Fishing

Fly Fishing Devon

Brown Trout
Crediton Fly Fishing Club is a small-stream ‘fly only’ fishing club based in Crediton, in between Dartmoor and Exmoor. It covers three rivers (Creedy, Yeo and Culvery) which all have abundant fly life including a Mayfly hatch which provides superb opportunities to fish for wild brown trout throughout most of the season. Venford Reservoir

Salmon
