Valentines Night

Ilsington is the perfect setting to enjoy a romantic dinner whether that be in our award winning 2 AA rosette Restaurant with soft lighting, candles and pianist or more informally in the Blue Tiger - our onsite pub. Accommodation is also available at a discounted rate. Prices start at just £80.00 per person inclusive of dinner, breakfast and use of the leisure facilities.

In the Blue Tiger the normal menu will be on with some daily specials for you to choose from.

CELERIAC AND HARRICOT BEAN VELOUTE finished with foie gras, truffle and sauternes

 BREAST OF DUCK with pressed duck leg, hogs pudding, spinach and beetroot

COLD SMOKED BRILL with Jerusalem artichoke, spring onion, leek and oats 

BALLOTINE OF GUINEA FOWL with braised puy lentil cassoulet, peas and carrots

 LOIN OF LAMB with confit shoulder, braised red cabbage, baby vegetables  and a mint and rosemary dauphine potato
